Make a Simple Label

Let’s make a serial number with date for the front of your user’s manual. 1. Consult your box for the serial number and turn printer on. 2.

Your display should show 1 (for line 1) and a flashing cursor.

Enter the serial number. Press Return ➥

Using the Font key.

Change the Font

To use the font you want, press the Font key repeatedly until the font you want appears.

Cable Label

This allows you to create labels that wrap around a cable, wire, tube, pen or any other round-shaped materials. 1. Choose a 218 (3/4” wide) tape cartridge. 2.

Press Shift and the Cable/Flag key.

Screen shows Length 2.0”. To accept 2.0” Return ➥ . Or to set a different length use arrow key down q to scroll to a different length then Press Return ➥ . Or arrow up p to Length Off and then Press Return ➥ .

Press the Text Size key repeatedly the font size you want appears. Watch the blocks for graphic 2. Continue tountilPress display changes. Here illustrates the sizesuntil for one line: Font desired font is reached. The text size of the line with the cursor can be checked on the right side of the display.
